Why aren’t agencies always this candid about where they will be of value, and where they won’t? Because they are afraid: afraid of becoming irrelevant maybe, or afraid of offending potential clients. Edenspiekermann is a newish firm, but they speak with the maturity of principals who have been in business for decades.
